![]() GENERAL Charles H. "Chuck" Jacoby, Jr, USA (Retired) General Charles “Chuck” H. Jacoby, Jr. is the Senior Vice Chairman of Tilman & Co., the Distinguished Chair of the Modern War Institute, West Point, NY, and a Senior Advisor for Stellar Solutions. General Jacoby brings over 36 years of experience leading military, government and international organizations. Prior to retiring, he served as the first Army officer to command North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and the United States Northern Command, where he led the 1,800-person bi-national and joint headquarters, integrating 35 federal, state, and non-governmental organizations for the defense and security of North America. General Jacoby has recently published a book, Agility with his partner, Leo Tilman on the critical organizational and team capability of agility, needed to succeed in the competitive global environment. General Jacoby holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY an M.A. in History from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Military Arts and Science from the School of Advanced Military Studies at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and an M.A. in Strategic Studies from the National War College at Fort McNair, Washington, DC. General Joseph L. Lengyel, USAF (Retired)
Lengyel was commissioned in 1981 as a graduate of the ROTC program at the University of North Texas in Denton. He served at home and around the world primarily as an F-16 Fighter Pilot. In 1991, General Lengyel joined the Texas Air National Guard and simultaneously started a civilian career as a pilot for Delta Air Lines. General Lengyel held multiple commands in complex environments. Prior to serving at the National Guard Bureau, Lengyel was the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché in Cairo, Egypt during the Arab Spring. Now retired from both the Air Force, and from Delta Air Lines, he and his wife Sally reside in the Hill Country north of San Antonio, Texas. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. Colonel William A. Woolf, USAF (Ret), President and Founder Bill “Hippie” Woolf is a retired Air Force colonel and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Space Force Association. Bill is also the CEO of the Woolf Consulting Group, LLC. The Woolf Consulting Group provides strategic advisory services in space and multi-domain operations. Col Woolf served over 24 years in the Air Force retiring in 2018. He is a career space and nuclear officer in high-impact operations, staff leadership, and technical program management positions, with peerless depth and breadth of experience in advanced space programs and Joint All-Domain Command and Control. Bill is a graduate of the United States Air Force Weapons School. ![]() Lt General David J. Buck, USAF (Ret), Vice President David Buck is a retired Air Force lieutenant general and President and CEO of The Buck Consulting Group, LLC. The Buck Consulting Group provides strategic advisory services, growth and strategy development and market penetration and sustainment expertise in the space, cyber and nuclear mission areas. Lt General Buck served over 40 years in the Air Force retiring in February 2018. He is a career space, nuclear and cyber officer who has commanded at the squadron, group, wing, numbered air force and joint functional component levels. His graduate education includes three masters degrees and numerous professional military and executive education programs.k CMSgt Angelica M. Johnson, USAF (Ret), Secretary Angelica M. (Angie) Johnson is a retired Air Force command chief master sergeant and owner of Angie’s Home Watch Services, LLC. Angie was also a department of defense contractor senior analyst with Kearney & Company accounting firm in Alexandria, VA. Angie served over 30 years in the Air Force retiring in 2015. She served as the senior enlisted advisor for the commander of an air base wing, space wing, a training wing, numbered air force, and the Space and Missile Systems Center. She holds a Master of Business Administration in strategic leadership, a Bachelor of Science in management, defense financial management and professional manager certificates, and completed numerous senior and executive level education programs. Sarah Mineiro Sarah Mineiro currently works at Anduril Industries where she is responsible for space and missile strategy and business development. Sarah has worked within the national security and defense sector for over 15 years. Previously, Sarah was the Staff Lead for the Strategic Forces Subcommittee for the House Armed Service Committee (HASC). She led the Subcommittee’s legislative and oversight activities of all Department of Defense and Military Intelligence Program space programs, U.S. nuclear weapons, missile defense, directed energy, and hypersonic systems. Sarah was the senior legislative advisor to Ranking Member Mac Thornberry on all strategic forces issues. In this role she was the primary drafter and negotiator of the Space Force and Space Command legislation for the House Republicans. Sarah has experience in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, served in the office of the Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs and started her career as an intelligence analyst for the National Air And Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
