USSF Program Acquisition Executive for Infrastructure/System Delta 81 (SSC/SYD 81) is hosting a focused, single-day Industry Engagement Day with TIP, the U.S. Space Force System Program Manager (SPM) under SYD 81 responsible for Physical Test and Training Ranges under the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) program.

The day will feature government brief to industry, followed by industry briefs back to the government.

We're looking to connect with appropriately cleared industry partners whose solutions align to TIP's areas of interest:

TSPI Sensors
  • Collect measurements of test and training events at appropriate classification levels
  • Generate and distribute high-fidelity TSPI measurements in near real-time
  • Ability to test and evaluate desired performance
  • Real-time monitoring of all participants with ability for detailed debriefs and event replays
  • Support complex scenarios involving live spacecraft, virtual simulators, and constructive entities
Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL)
  • Closed loop capabilities
  • Realistic testing: simulate adversary actions to see how actual hardware responds
  • Repeatable and safe; able to run numerous tests with perfect repeatability to validate software patches, new algorithms, or hardware changes in a safe, controlled environment
  • Digital twin of the space domain; models orbital mechanics and able to incorporate threat landscape
  • Enable Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Training
On-Orbit Assets
  • Interoperable with existing systems
  • Adherence to open architecture principles is highly desired
  • Multi-roles (Sensors, Surrogates)
