OTTI Reverse Industry Engagement – Registration Information

March 5, 2025 | 1300–1800 MT

Innovation Hub | Colorado Springs, CO

The U.S. Space Force Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) team, in coordination with STARCOM, is hosting a Reverse Industry Engagement to facilitate focused, mission-driven dialogue between government and selected industry partners.

This half-day engagement reverses the traditional industry day format by enabling industry participants to brief directly to OTTI Senior Program Managers (SPMs) in small-group settings aligned to specific OTTI portfolios.

Who Should Register

This event is intended for companies with capabilities relevant to:

• Operational test and training infrastructure

• Test, training, and readiness environments

• Digital infrastructure, integration, and sustainment

• Simulation, data, cyber, and enabling technologies supporting Space Force missions

Attendance is limited, and registration does not guarantee participation.

Registration & Selection Process

• Interested companies must complete the registration form and submit 1–2 concise capability bullets describing their most relevant offerings

• OTTI will review submissions and assign selected companies to SPM-aligned pitch rooms based on portfolio fit

• Final participation confirmations, room assignments, and preparation materials will be provided to selected attendees prior to the event

Event Format

• Selected companies will participate in 15-minute reverse industry pitch sessions conducted in parallel pitch rooms aligned to OTTI SPM portfolios

• Each pitch room will host up to 8 industry participants during the engagement block

• OTTI SPMs will provide a short white paper or focus-area brief in advance to help participants tailor their pitches

Closing Networking Social

The engagement will conclude with a Networking Social (1700–1800 MT) designed to allow continued discussion in a less formal setting. This session provides an opportunity for government and industry participants to:

• Continue conversations initiated during the pitch sessions

• Ask follow-on questions and clarify technical or programmatic points

• Build professional relationships across the OTTI ecosystem

Refreshments will be provided.

Important Notes

• This is an in-person only event

• Space is limited to approximately 32 industry participants

• Marketing briefings and generic capability overviews are discouraged; tailored, mission-relevant discussion is expected

Additional event details, including agenda updates and preparation guidance, will be shared with confirmed participants.
