• Col Krolikowski leads the Space C2 program (otherwise known as Kobayashi Maru) for the United States Space Force
• Space C2 is located at the Space and Missile Systems Center under the Cross-Mission Ground and Communications Enterprise
• Space C2 provides Space Domain Awareness, Coalition and Theater Support, Battle Management Command and Control, and Indications and Warning (I&W) capabilities via a Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) approach that links users with mission application developers to leverage Open Mission Systems/User Control Interface messaging standards
• Space C2 is a pathfinder program executing under the new Software appropriation, BA08 Category which has enabled the program to execute more efficiently and transparently while maximizing value to the taxpayer
• Space C2 continues to deliver timely, relevant and highly valued capabilities to the warfighting community which has caused a greater demand than current investment allows
